Ingredients:
- 24 anchovies in vinegar
- 200 gr. mixed lettuce
- 2 pieces of garlic
- Fresh prasley
- 100 gr. of idyllic cheese
- Abarem ecological olive oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Salt
Preparation:
- Clean very well the lettuce, drain it and add Abarem ecological olive oil , apple cider vinegar and al little bit of salt.
- Cut the pieces of garlic and fry it in a frying pan with a little bit of Abarem ecological olive oil until they are a little bit toasted. Remove from burner and add a handful of chopped parsley. Keep it.
- Cut the cheese in very thin pieces, nearly transparent. Use a wide a very sharp knife.
- Put the lettuces in a dish. Add the anchovies in vinegar, which will have been inside the fridge until the last moment.
- Spray the fried garlic on the anchovies in vinegar. What is more, put the pieces of cheese on the lettuce and the anchovies.
Impresionante receta, super sencilla y a la vez buenísima!! Y la verdad que el aceite de oliva Abarem le da un toque a las comidas que ningún otro lo hace, lo recomiendo!!
