To help you follow the right guidelines to reach your goals, we want to present you the new Mediterranean Diet´s pyramid. You´ll find recommendations depending on the food type and the frequency in which it has to be consumed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The variables of the pyramid are the following:
- Take any type of fruit and vegetables
- Exercise
- Reduce the use of salt
- Drink a lot of water
- Eat local
- Eat dried fruits
- Use organic oil
- Daily wholewheat cereal consumption
